AOWOTOYS builds display solutions for figures, models, and anime merch. We do not resell generic boxes. Design, artwork, and production stay in-house, so your collection stays dust-free, lit, and true to the character.
This website is operated by Ultimate Display Design Limited. We serve Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan, and we accept overseas orders.
The shop also carries AIDEA and UnboxMyToy cases, so you can complete a series in one order.
If your character or dimensions are not on the site yet, you have two options:
1. Design Wish Tree: Send the maker, product name, size, and reference photos. We review the request and reply by email

2. Custom order: Specify size, base, backdrop, and lighting. Pay a HK$100 deposit (credited to the final order). After you approve the artwork, we list the case for purchase. Custom work has a HK$400 minimum and is excluded from regular promotions.
Finished custom designs are listed in the shop. Design rights stay with us. Small tweaks are fine at approval; a major change needs a new order.
Standard items usually ship 7–10 working days after the order (excluding the order date and public holidays; peak season or events beyond our control may add time). We accept credit cards, Octopus, Alipay, WeChat Pay, bank transfer, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Hong Kong orders have a 7-day cooling-off period (custom items excluded). For overseas deliveries, please photograph the parcel on arrival. If anything is damaged, send photos so we can follow up.
We will never ask for credit-card numbers, online-banking details, or one-time codes by SMS or phone. If a call looks suspicious, check this site first or message us.
